Our new menu reflects the season’s colors and flavors

As the colors change around us and the greens are replaced by the yellowish-red tones, so does the palette of food served in restaurants and the repertoire of drinks that accompany them.

Our team at Société Bistro & Bar is also ready for the season. In addition to listing the classic autumn flavors, we bring more passion to the dishes with exciting ingredients.
For meat lovers, we introduce our new hare spine in crunchy panko breadcrumbs accompanied by a superfood, cauliflower. It's topped with cauliflower cream and grated purple cauliflower and a coconut chips finish.

A new appetizer, red tuna has a bit of an Eastern influence with the homemade wasabi mayonnaise, chili-ginger soy sauce and coriander, which promises a real taste explosion.

And now let's crown the meal with a dessert: the new sorbet dessert has beetroot in many forms: marinated and cooled, topped with blackberries, crunchy caraway seeds, dark chocolate and tonka beans. It's a heavenly end note of the lunch or dinner - come and try it at Société Bistro & Bar!
