This year for the first time we have attended the biggest gastronomic event inland, the Gourmet Festival. 17-20 May the Millenáris has filled with gastronomy enthusiasts to taste the special offers of Hungary’s best restaurants. Just like every year, two topics were given to the chefs to integrate into their own dishes. This time it was dumplings and caviar we could taste at each stand in different interpretations.

Those who visited us had the chance to taste the culinary world of Société Budapest, due to open this fall. Our chef, Krasznai Norbert prepared two dishes that were worthy for the recognition of professionals as well. Duck meatball – carrot – mango caviar awaited the fans of meaty dishes, and the almost dessert-like goat cheese – tapioca – green apple and lemongrass was there for the ones who prefer lighter meals.

These four days passed in a great mood on both sides of the counter. In October, we will open in 15 Sas street to bring new colors and flavors into the cultural and gastronomic life of Budapest.
