Márton Nemes painter-artist broke into the contemporary Hungarian fine arts scenery a couple years ago. His art is characterised by continuous technical experimentation and unconventional solutions. His goal as an artist is to combine applied and autonomic arts and to broaden the horizons of the fine arts which made him a perfect match for a collaboration with Société.

The installation featured an industrial vase and light stripes with a video projected onto them which resulted in a robust, but in the same time an extremely airy piece of art. This formal contradiction and tension plays a key role in Márton Nemes’ artworks and the contrasts of seemingly completely differing elements come together in perfect harmony. The video screened on the stripes is a production inspired by Société and it clearly indicates the approximation of something new and exciting.
